For the third time James Bond is up against Blofeldt and this time Blofeldt has a "twin" that he has produced with plastic surgery. James Bond learns that diamonds are smuggled out of Africa and James Bond thinks that the diamonds may be used to dump the prices. Blofeldt have other plans as James Bond learns; he has taken over the empire of millionaire Willard Whyte and is building a giant laser that he threatens to use to blow up all the nuclear bombs in the world. Once again James Bond foils his plans and the world is safe.
